As the advertising says, it works on contact. I prefer the lemon flavor. I also keep it in the refrigerator so it tastes a bit better! This is a good sized bottle and will last for a while depending on amount of use!

The product is great and works wonders for indigestion. My problem is why it takes so long to receive after ordered. Two weeks or more is way too long. If I didn't need it, I wouldn't order it. They need to figure out a way to get the product to you in a timely manner. This is not rocket science. Come on people.

My doctor suggested Mylanta for my Sulphur burps I was having as a side effect of one of my new diabetic meds. I selected the classic flavor, the citrus mint. The product works wonders to cease my side effects but the flavor is rather, well, blech. It kind of reminds me of the times you brush your teeth and have OJ but it's lemony instead of OJ. But if you ignore the flavor it does go away in a few minutes and the rapid relief from indigestion is worth it.

I've been suffering with huge stomach pains for the past 10 years and it was a miracle when I happen to remember my mom always using this blue bottle for her stomach - so I tried it - and I haven't had a stomach ache since ! Works better than anything else I've tried. This is the same strength they give you in the ER. Happy with my purchase. And it tastes great!

Every once in awhile, the acid gets really bad. I'm actually quite surprised that this actually does what it claims and coats everything and relieves the acid almost immediately. Almost. And The Taste isn't bad either
