I am from India, and I think this is as beautiful a statue of Shiva I have ever seen. This Shiva is awe-inspiring. He looks peaceful and benevolent, deep in Dhyana (meditation) with a pleasant smile on his face; and yet, the strong, proportionate and muscular form unmistakably conveys His potential as "The Destroyer." I am conflicted about having this Shiva idol in the worship room, which would mean I would have to be very disciplined about doing the morning Pooja every day which I am not sure I can. As of now, Shiva blesses us with his presence in our living room.

Very detailed and perfect size for a center piece. Looks good and large enough for a 11x11 room. This sits on its own table in my room and gets the attention of anyone who walks in. Came nicely packed as well. A little expensive than other sellers. Could have got this for 72 on ebay but had to use my amazon gift card and hence bought it here for 78.

Arrived ahead of time and was packaged very nicely. And then comes the best part, the statue itself. It's extremely well made with lot of attention to detail. Well worth the price. Am very happy with the purchase.
