We really like this call system. We’ve had different ones before and the call buttons shatter when they hit the floor. not this one. Reliable and durable we soak it in sanitizer multiple times a day and it keeps on going. The only complaint I’ve ever heard is that the watch is really bulky. Most of our patients think we have some sort of a smart watch but it’s just a chunky call.

Just received this yesteday. At first glance at the (tiny) instruction booklet, the instructions didn't make sense. A lot of broken English. If you take each instruction, step by step, it turns out to be an easy set up. This particular unit have pre-set words to choose from to assign each button. So far I have not seen any option to change the words. I was hoping to assign each button for a particular room. Available word options are: Order, Call, Pay, Cancel, Service, Water, Coffee, Juice, Positive, Negative, Medicine, SOS, Needle, Doctor, Sweep, Bill. I just set all 5 buttons to read out "call" since this is going to be used inside a smaller single level home. Will send an inquiry to seller to see if there is a way to change the words but for now, I think "call" will work for a smaller home.

The five call buttons are synchronized to the watch receiver and should you want to identify each transmitter to a location or person, it is pretty easy. I would like to be able to have the doorbell alert style modules, for night operation. I tried the doorbell style, but could not get more than the default three to pair. It does work well (alert tone could be louder) and offers reassurance to family caregivers. Excellent battery life.

This button saves the day! No wondering is my acupuncture patients need help. They are trained to press the button when they need me:) This is my second purchase bc my last ones ended up in my scrubs in the washer 🤦

Has been giving a false trigger for installed pager #9 even thought battery removed, so is in watch itself. Make sure no other options meet your needs before purchasing. Bought to help older family member. Got some small clip on walkie talkies post this purchase, If I had thought of it before buying these may not have purchased. Thought, was able to place pagers in critical locations mapped to property. to page for help. A more medical equipment unit like Lifeline may be a better option.
