WenVen Men's Winter Thicken Cotton Parka Jacket Warm Coat with Removable Hood

I bought this for someone who is very cold sensitive and very hard to buy a coat online for because of his size. It was perfect, just his type with all the pockets and he even said I may even keep the hat on which he usually removes them because it's not super bulky, it keeps him very warm. His words "I love it". I ordered his regular size, 3xl. The price was completely reasonable and it looks great even sliming.

This may be an odd review. 1st off I had to return the jacket - not due to anything concerning the jacket. More to do with body shape. I would very much highly recommend this coat anybody who wants to give it try.When I tried the jacket it well constructed, it felt strong made and was not going to fall apart at the first instance of an issue.The jacket was very warm. I have never put on coat and basically said "Wow this is going to keep me comfy in the cold New England winter". That was a first for me.However because of my somewhat odd body shape it fit great in the waist and wrist and somewhat well in the chest... but it just did not feel right in my shoulders... they are large meaning pretty wide and broad so the fit just did not feel quite right.So again no issue with the coat - the issue was me and my odd body..

It’s a good jacket, very comfortable, everything feels very sturdily made. I work as a dog handler and it’s stood up better to dogs jumping on it than last year’s winter Carhartt jacket, which tore almost immediately at the shoulder.(While I normally run hot, I struggle to stay warm below a certain temperature, so keep this in mind!)The water resistance is not quite good enough for working outside in Philly rain, and the insulation is not quite up to working outside in the Philly winter chill and wind. I’d call it perfect for Fall, and very good for winter with some extra waterproofing and a heavy thermal layer. No regrets buying it; I don’t mind layering as long as it *lasts*.

The media could not be loaded. For the price it is a really nice jacket. I really like the soft interior lining though I would like it if it would extend all through the arms also with that lining. Size wise I ordered a medium so it would fit snugly against my body and it does except for the mid section is a little loose and it does include a string to tighten it in that area I just am not a huge fan of using that string to tighten it because it makes it a little odd feeling and not natural. Overall it has been a great coat so far using it for a month and a half ish and it does keep me warm in 10 degree weather. I even ended up washing my car at 2 in the morning in 10 F degree weather while using this coat and it held up just fine the problem with that is there is not any soft lining in the hand pockets so it will help keep your hands warm but would be nicer with a little extra padding for the hand pockets.

It just arrived. The packaging was fantastic! I tried it on and the coat fits great. It’s heavy, warm, and looks like it will wear well. Some people say they’ve had issues with the zipper, so I’ll keep a close eye on it. But, it appears to be just as sturdy as any other zipper on the other coats I own. I’ll follow up at a later date on how it’s holding up. Otherwise, it looks and feels great!

I really liked this coat, but the sizing is questionable. I am 6' 2", 210lbs. Ordered XLG, it fit as a slim fit while wearing a short sleeve shirt, it feels like wearing a extra padded shirt. What I am saying is if I was to wear a flannel shirt then I would question the fit being too tight. I am an average to athletic build. I prefer a looser fit.My wife usually wears a Large, she put it on over her thin night gown, she likes it and said it fits good. She went outside it was 33° wind chill was 27° she said it was warm and could not feel the wind. The only cold was her lower parts not covered (gown). She wore it to work.The color I ordered was army green, but looks almost grey it's really dark.I am ordering an XXL in Black for myself. I normally wear an XL in a coat.

I was skeptical about their jacket because of some less than stellar reviews however, I love this jacket. I sometimes like to wear my jackets with only a T-shirt but I’ve found that most jackets don’t keep me warm without a hoodie underneath; this jacket is thick and warm enough to do the job (I live in southern Colorado). The outer material is exactly what I prefer in a jacket material, the outer shell is made of durable, thick cotton and won’t rip like lower quality outerwear. The faux fur lining is one of the warmest I’ve ever had, this jacket is definitely worth buying.

As the title says, it’s warm and cozy especially best during the winter season but it didn’t really last more than 3 months.
