Full Power Plus Yamaha 40HP 50HP 60HP Outboard Water Pump Repair Kit Impeller Replacement 63D-W0078-01 Sierra 18-3434

I changed my rating from a 1. The kit came with the wrong impeller. They were all about making it right and are sending the right impeller for my F40TRLA All the components were OK except the impeller. It was about 1/8" too big in diameter and would have immediately sheared over the keyway. Impeller unusable. A true shame it wasn't right. All the rest of the parts were fine and it is a complete kit otherwise.

I found the impellor to be incorrect for this motor even though it was listed for it. I noticed after a short trip when backing off the throttle found no telltale water from the head. I then compared this impellor with a genuine one and found it was 1mm in diameter smaller!!! Fitted the genuine one and all good.

Only used one part out of the kit for 50 hp yamaha.

Did not actually install it since the existing pump looked brand new once it was disassembled. Problem turned out to be the thermostat.

Installed in 60 hp and works fine 5 months later
