usb mini-b and a cord is included in the box I think.

Q: Can the Glo2bluetooth be powered continuously as opposed to waiting until it's battery runs down?

Yes, I have mine plugged into a USB port and whenever I power up my in-vehicle laptop, it powers on too.

Q: I read that using it over the dashboard it overheats easily and shuts down. What happens if I throw a white cloth over it, would it still work fine?

I cannot confirm the dashboard issue, but can confirm that's it will not work on Mac OS12.

Navi app yes, i have onx offroad and it works awesome, no need for cell service
