In trying to cut down on alcohol, I have been trying to find a good zero alcohol gin substitute. Although expensive, this one is currently the closest I have come. I have only tried the "two small capfuls in one glass of diet tonic", but it has a very pleasant gin/juniper flavor. I have just ordered two more to try the 1/3 of the small bottle in each of 3 single liters of tonic. For reference, the bottle is airline sized.

It's very good but not 'great'. Need to use a fair amount to make a decent-tasting fake gin-and-tonic, compared to the more strongly-flavored extracts like dark rum and whiskey, which is mainly a function of gin's lighter taste. Probably get 5 or 6 drinks from the little bottle, but still a pretty good value compared to buying a $40 bottle of non-alcohol gin.

I had to quit drinking do to a health issue, my drink of choice was white wine and gin. I have not found any N.A. Chardonnay that is good, but this little miracle bottle of gin flavoring is delicious, it tastes like a good dry London gin. I took advice from other reviewers and added a capful (about a teaspoon) to a rocks glass with ice and a good tonic, taste just like my G&T without the alcohol. Will keep buying, going to try and mix with water and let sit for a day or two and try it in my tonic. Ok. Mixed 4 cups water to 3 1/2 teaspoons of flavoring, gave it a shake and let it sit for a few hours, is perfect taste.

The instructions for this product is to mix with vodka so as to flavor it as gin. However, I bought this as a way to enjoy an afternoon gin martini without alcohol, so I added a capful to a glass of sparkling water, with my usual blue-cheese-stuffed olive and ice. It has the essential fragrance of juniper berries so my mocktini gave me the mild illusion of my real martini. That's the good part, in addition to with no alcohol my liver could rejoice, I suppose. The drawback from being 5-stars is that there is a subtle chemical-like aftertaste. Not so much that it undoes the reason I used it in the first place. I didn't use it mixed in with vodka, so this review is a bit off mark for it's stated use. But if you are seeking sobriety yet want a spirits-analog to alcohol-free beer, this will do the taste trick. For me, weekends will be with the real thing, and for weekdays, faux-gin will do.

This is the best tasting and most economical way to create numerous gin-inspired mocktails. No reason to waste money on full bottles of weak and dull tasting alcohol-free liquors. Very small and very expensive

I am trying to reduce the amount of alcohol I drink, but finding alternatives has typically been pricier than the drinks. I decided to give these little bottles of flavoring a try. So far, it's been a great experience! I can add just a small amount, and whatever I'm drinking instantly becomes a mocktail. With this gin, I've had gin and tonics, and a dirty martini. Both worked great! Much more affordable than premixed NA drinks, and I can control the flavor and balance. The seller is awesome and personally followed up on my order. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stuff. Mix this with tonic and a little lime and it's a fairly convincing G&T.

I used this as a non alcoholic alternative, so mixed with water, but used as I use gin, with tonic water. It’s good enough for me to use regularly. A small bottle makes up 3 bottles. This is a regular purchase from now on - now to try the other flavours!
