Just the best laptop in the world. This is my third Surface Laptop, and it's perfect.
I'm buying Surface Laptops almost every year because my sister and girlfriend are "borrowing" these laptops from me and never return them :D . The keyboard and the overall feelings are soooo good that no one wants to stop using these machines. And the 4th generation with AMD Ryzen processor is great for battery life, I was using Intel versions Laptop 2 and Laptop 3, and they are powerful, but Ryzen is very energy efficient and I can just charge the laptop before going to the office and I can work on it whole day and also I can watch a movie before I will need to charge the Laptop, it's great.

Microsoft comes through ad a Winner!
Purchased for our grandson on starting college in August. It was an immediate hit for him. Plus Microsoft protected it with exceptional packing, This saved the laptop from being destroyed by the careless packing by the shipper. Every corner of the Microsoft box was dented or crushed. There was no protective badding at all to stop the laptop box from banging around in the flimsy shipper box. What an outstanding job Microsoft. Fire your shipper. This company should be punished!

5th surface product, and 3rd laptop I've purchased over the last few years, these are excellent build quality, fast, quite capable, and love it!

Absolutely horrible.
Absolutely horrible. Bottom third of the screen went black weeks after 1 year warranty expired. The laptop had not left my desk at the time, but rather simply stopped working during proper use. Microsoft was not willing to stand behind their product or even explain the reason for the issue. Highly reccomend going with a more durable and quality product.

Used computer working. Pen problem
Got this surface used and it seems to work so far. But came with a $10 Nuvision pen that is DOA. It doesn’t appear in Bluetooth devices. Tried changing battery.
