Bought for a recipe I was planning to make. Never tried it before and unsure of how hot/ spicy it would be. Pleasantly surprised when tasted. A soft texture, a warm fruity taste. I added to the dish and was cooked in that dish The flavours leached into the dish along with the oils and it was delicious My wife doesn’t do chilli hot and she said the heat in the dish was enjoyable but tasting it on its own was a little too hot. I hope this assists in the “ how hot is it questions “

Quality as expected and prompt delivery.

First time purchase of this product. Pleased chosen as it is very easy to store and prepare. To spread such as bread or rolls or onto pizza is good idea but even just to add more to meals works really well. Flavour it is authentic with quite nice spice level that adds to experience. Texture is as you would expect of something salami like. Surprising how far 400g will go. Recommend as good value for money. Excellent delivery service with product sealed and tied appropriately. I am giving this 5 stars as it seems like a quality product but it is way too spicy and overpowering, The tiniest amount on a pizza ruins the whole thing. I am saying this as a person who regularly eats Vindaloo curries. It is not just the heat, the flavour is also very intense and permeates whatever you put it on or in.

The product is nothing like ever bought and I bought a few times from them . Needs to be replaced with its before recipie or refunded . Full of chilli flakes and chilli skin. Wonder where the pork is. Someone needs to fire the chef

This is absolutely delicious, full of flavour and a real game changer in the kitchen. Amazing in scrambled eggs, smeared on toast, with honey and burrata, in pasta dishes, on pizza etc etc. Only complaint is that I ordered spicy and it wasn't very spicy. Maybe it's "German" spicy?

La nduja di Spilinga della Salumeria Moretti si presenta molto bene già dal confezionamento. Arriva con un doppio sottovuoto: il primo strato avvolge direttamente la nduja ed è quello con l’etichetta, sopra c’è un giro di carta, e infine un secondo sottovuoto esterno che protegge il tutto. Un confezionamento curato che dà subito una buona impressione di qualità e attenzione. A livello visivo la nduja si presenta compatta e dall’aspetto invitante. Tengo a precisare che non avevo mai assaggiato la nduja prima, quindi questa è stata la mia prima esperienza. L’ho utilizzata a crudo, sia sul pane che sulla pasta. Per quanto riguarda la piccantezza, non c’è nulla da dire: è molto piccante, ma allo stesso tempo piacevole. Ne basta mezzo cucchiaio per dare carattere al piatto, lasciando un piccante deciso ma non fastidioso. Sul gusto non posso dilungarmi troppo, proprio perché è la prima volta che la provo, ma personalmente mi è sembrata ottima e in linea con quello che mi aspettavo da una nduja di Spilinga. Nel complesso è un prodotto che mi ha convinto: confezionamento ben fatto, piccantezza di alto livello e qualità percepita elevata. Sicuramente la ricomprerei.

Second time I order this. Not to be eaten cold, it needs to be heated. On pizza, pasta or with fried eggs and bacon I find it delicious.
