UPDATE. I sent back my broken on and received a refund. but then the company sent me out another one. (not broken) and I was able to keep it as a free gift. I have used this one a couple of times and it is perfect for carrying a Kayak (mine is 10 long). even as I stated I am some what short. It is not that far from the ground but I am not dragging it.I am unable to give a good review due to the fact, that it broke the first time I tried to use it, as I lifted it up to rest on my shoulder. The clip snapped, good thing I am short(reason I got it) so it didn't have far to fall. Have not tried the camera so can't say how that is. actually I thought it was a free gift. as I only bought the carrying strap. and did not read all the way to bottom.

went through one, it didn't work and got a fresh start and then had issues with the buckle breaking again after 2 weeks. i don't recommend this.

Thank you for the free gift that came with purchase. This carrier is a good one for the price but it’s a little tricky to find the ideal length to to hold the board.My only complaint is the Pad in the top is essentially useless. I ended up filing it lengthwise which keeps it in place better.

This strap may be unbreakable, but the important metal components are not! Put the strap on my paddle board and the metal bent completely out of shape with the very first lift. Lifetime brand strap doesn’t have any metal so definitely went that way after this experience.
