The Care and Keeping of You 2 Journal for Older Girls

... with little ladies. I discovered this years ago as my daughter started asking questions once her body started to change earlier then expected. Although I went through all of it myself, it was still so helpful and useful to go thru with her. We started our own Girl Talk sesh with reading and discussing a chapter each week. I actually learned a few new things myself and it was nice to read it with her. Since discovering this - I've recommended numerous times and am now reading it with my niece (this copy). So fun! They have books for various ages so be sure to read the information before purchasing. Consider getting the journal for them to write their thoughts and do the activities included. It helps to be able to reference it later if needed. Thank you for publishing a book easy and friendly to read and understand.

I got this for my 9 year old daughter. We have the care and keeping of you books 1&2, and this journal was great for her to reflect on things and write in. Great ideas for pre-teen kiddos.

Good for teens aged 12+

My great granddaughters loved these journals and the corresponding books. I gave the 10 year old the one for younger girls and the 12 yr old this one. I can't rate them highly enough (the books and the girls ha!).The books relieved their anxiety and curiosity about their changing bodies. Helpful for all preteen and teen girls but it's almost essential for girls who live with their fathers or for girls who live in foster care or are just too embarrassed to ask questions. It is written in a fun style not at all like a text book as it answers questions about periods,bras, hygiene, body odor, pimples, body hair, etc.
