The Perytong Sleep Headphones have been Very Helpful During My Current Hospital/Rehab Stay
The Perytong Sleep Headphones have been Very Helpful During My Current Hospital Stay I recently acquired the Perytong Sleep Headphones and was eager to put them to the test. During my current hospital and now rehab stay, the constant noise at night was hindering my ability to get quality sleep, which is crucial for healing. Thankfully, these headphones were a lifesaver for my sleep. The band is not only cool and soft but also surprisingly comfortable. The sound quality exceeded my expectations, especially when listening to audiobooks through an app on my phone. This helps drown out background noises enough for me to drift off to sleep. While these headphones may not completely block out all noise, the combination of background noise from the headphones is sufficient for me. I am also able to use them to pull down over my eyes to help walk out the eyes, which is a nice additional feature. I would highly recommend these headphones to anyone in a hospital or facing other noisy sleep environments. Moreover, the sound quality of these headphones is impressive. Despite being primarily designed for sleep, the audio clarity is exceptional. Whether I'm listening to audiobooks or iTunes, the sound is clear and helps me effortlessly drift off to sleep. The built-in Bluetooth connectivity is is quite easy when pairing them with my smartphone or tablet is a breeze, eliminating the inconvenience of tangled wires. Additionally, the battery life is commendable, lasting through the night without needing to be recharged. While the controls may be a bit tricky, requiring a long press to adjust the volume by one level, this could easily be improved in future versions by simplifying the control functions. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend these headphones to anyone seeking a peaceful night's sleep with headphones on. Despite a few minor imperfections that could be refined in future versions, the Perytong Sleep Headphones offer a high-quality and comfortable listening experience for a truly restful night's sleep.

Comfortable while winding down in bed
Context: I love listening to podcasts or music while winding down for the night and before falling asleep. This has become part of my routine. In fact, if I don't have podcasts or music and some type of comfortable headphones, I scramble to line everything up before getting into bed. Since our second child was born, I don't sleep terribly well. Our daughter sleeps in our room and often ends up in our bed. So I often wake up a lot and feel like listening to something before I fall asleep again. I'd say my number one and two considerations for headphones are COMFORT and BATTERY LIFE. Throughout the night and into the early morning, I need to be able to turn my head and body and remain comfortable with my headphones. And my headphone power needs to last until it's time to wake up for the day. Review: These headphones have become my go to for night listening and sleeping, for these reasons: The headband feels lightweight and doesn't heat up, even during summer nights with windows open. As long as my head is on something soft like my pillow, the round, hard plastic speakers inside the headband do not get in the way or introduce much discomfort or pain. This makes side, back, or stomach sleeping and listening comfortable. I can turn to any side and the headband remains in reasonable position on my head, and speakers in reasonable position at my ears. I make small adjustments to the speaker positions, but this is not a hardship. If I'm on my side, sometimes I can feel one of the round speakers pressuring my ear. So far it hasn't bothered me. While both left and right speakers need to be adjusted/positioned within the headband each time I put it on, this is a minor inconvenience for comfortable listening without discomfort. The battery life easily lasts all night and into the next morning. It lasts two nights. I find myself charging the headphones either once a day or once every two days, just to be sure they're fully charged. Charging is fast. The plug-in side of the USB-C cable is actually tucked into the back of the headband. I can easily locate it, pull it out, and plug in. Surprisingly, it's not uncomfortable tucked back into the headband, while wearing. Do the plug and the two round, plastic speakers feel a little clunky? Yes they do. I envision this design being refined over time. Conclusion: Overall, this is my favorite sleeping headphone set. Battery life is great. Comfort is fine. Easily better experience than earbuds or a headphone form factor.

Easy, not noise cancelling (which I knew), good battery life.
I knew thes would not be noise cancelling, and that was my fault. I needed to keep light out of my eyes, so this doubled as a sleep mask quite nicely. It is comfortable for sleep and provides a break from ear buds. I will not drown out snoring, though, so on trips with friends that snore, I will need a different option. The price is right and the sound functionality is fine and clear. I had no problems with connecting them to my phone.

Love this speaker/head band
Loving this item! Works great! I was looking for an alternative to my AirPods. I like to lay in bed and scroll on my phone and watch TV, without disturbing my husband. Also, my husband sometimes snores and it disturbs me. However, I lay on my side so my traditional AirPods hurt my ears when laying on my side. The speakers on this headband are flat thus I can lay on my side and it’s very comfortable for sleeping, or watching tv until I fall asleep!! This is exactly what I was looking for!

Comfortable and Useful – But Two Drawbacks
I use these headphones when traveling to connect to my white noise app on my phone. They charge well and are pretty comfortable but there are two drawbacks. The first is, if you run out of charge, they turn off and disconnect from Bluetooth, meaning my phone played the white noise app directly, waking up my husband. So make sure they are charged fully. (They'll last 8-10 hours on a charge.) The second drawback is that the on/off switch is in the middle of your forehead if the speakers are over your ears. I discovered last weekend that if I put a pillow over my head in the middle of the night, it's possible to accidentally turn off the headphones – which results in the same issue as above (plus waking me up with the "POWER OFF" announcement AND the Bluetooth disconnecting, resulting in the phone playing the white noise app directly). With all that said, these are a good solution to listening to a movie without disturbing someone else or for use with a white noise app overnight. Pro tip for women: Pull the headband all the way down to your neck and then pull it up to your ears and it will stay on overnight. (Simply pulling it on over your ears can result in it sliding off during the night.) Update: They broke less than a year after purchase. One of the speakers no longer works, so I'm only getting half the sound. I'm ordering a different product as a replacement, as I'd expect these to last longer. (I only use them on trips, so I've used them fewer than 25 nights.)

Comfortable Sleep
What did I use the product for: If you are like me, I must have the television playing in the background as I drift off to sleep. Once my husband and I got together three years ago, I found out that he doesn't like the television on when he's going to sleep. Major dilemma. My phone was an excellent option to watch, small screen and not that much light, so I started my go-to sleep journey by using the plug-in headset. Since I don't stay in one position all night, my phone kept falling off the charging station, and it became a hassle, so I switched to my Bluetooth earbuds. After several lost earbuds either thrown away, lost in the sheets, and then washed or my dog ate them, I realized I needed something else. Plus, it was uncomfortable, and I kept hitting the volume button. When I found this product, I said this is going to be perfect. It looks like it will lay flat on my ears, the earbuds won't fall out, and the bonus is that I can use it as an eye cover. My first night with the Perytong Sleep Headphones, Headband Headphones. It's comfortable; It helps keep my hair out of my face, easy to use volume controls. The headphone volume is a little low, even at max volume. Some might say that is a bad thing. However, I can hear my husband talking to me, or if he's in distress, in the middle of the night. The headphones lay flat against my ear. It isn't bulky. The sound quality was clear. I'm working on the eye-cover part. With the control on the top of the headband, it isn't as comfortable to wear the eye cover. The cord doesn't stick out and annoy me. It has a nice pocket to tuck it in once charging is complete. I skipped over the pairing portion. Easy to use, Easy to pair. I'm not using the headband headphone to answer calls; however, that is an option that I have to point out. I received a call while trying out the headband, and my Mother said it sounded like someone or something was touching the microphone or behind me. I had a very comfortable sleep, and I hope the headband headphones continue to work as well as they did my first night.

Super Comfortable
Absolutely Amazing. The speakers are flat that you cannot feel them when laying down. I found that it fits better with the buttons behind my head instead of on my forehead. Very lightweight. I love the fact that there is a microphone that is clear with no static. it does seem to lose the tight fit the longer you wear it, I fall asleep with it on most nights. I have been able to walk away from phone so far about 15 feet.

Comfortable and Sound is Great
They work well, my only complaint is they don't hold a charge more than a few hours when they are in constant use. The sound is good, they are very comfortable, and they are worth the price. It uses a C style charging cord, which is also a plus.
