I ordered this thinking I was paying $209, but when it arrived it was $356. Was going to return it due to price increase but when I saw the teak wood, I decided to splurge and keep it. Very simple to put together, tool included plus a spare of each screw. Beautifully made, finished and designed. So graceful. Very sturdy/solid. Gave me security in the shower after knee replacement. Everything is so typical of a company being owned and operated by women. I am so glad I kept it despite the price increase.

I ordered this amazing product, and it took at least ten days to arrive, upon delivery the oiter box was fairly in tact I unboxed the various components to find that the tob wooden bracket from one of the sides was broken down the middle, probably an item defect, so I ordered a refund and will buy the same item again.

We recently remodeled our master bathroom, and I wanted to decorate it in a "Zen spa" theme. I decided to use natural materials like teak and acacia wood wherever possible, so this teak stool was exactly what I was looking for. It is very sturdy and boy is it SOLID! The wood is seriously thick and heavy. Assembly was straight-forward, with 8 Allen screws in all that needed to be inserted and tightened. The only issue I had was with the alignment of the holes, which was slightly off on a couple of them. But I was still able to tighten the screws all the way into their intended holes, it just took a little extra effort to get past the misalignment. We remodeled our shower to be a Roman walk-in style, so the stool gets exposed to some water since it's right at the edge of the shower opening (which has no door - look at the photos to see what I mean). This stool is so heavy and solid that my wife can put her foot on it to shave her legs and I can put my foot on it to dry my legs and it doesn't tilt or slide at all. I know it's not cheap, but you're definitely getting what you're paying for with this item!

This required some assembly but it was simple. They include an Allen key but you will need a Phillips screw driver. The bench is very solid and well made. It feels solid and is heavier than you think for it's size. It looks fantastic. I am extremely happy with this bench.

This shower stool is absolutely gorgeous. It’s easy to put together and very well-made. I did have to order it twice because one of the holes wasn’t drilled properly, but the company replaced it very quickly.. Highly recommend.
