Yes. When you open the can, you'll find the aroma of freshly ground beans. And the can will keep them as fresh until the very last cup you make. You don't need to grind beans each time you have a coffee break! Every cup will taste like being in Italy.

Q: I’m debating purchasing because previous reviews of exploding cans. Has the company fixed the issue of pressure build up in cans?

I've been using this coffee since 2008 in multiple countries, and I've never had one "explode" and I go through at least one can a week so roughly a sample size of over 700+ cans. I would recommend that one pop the top tab slowly (tab is like old school soda cans) because it is under vacuum to retain superior taste via avoiding oxidation.

Q: What are the nutrition facts? There's no label, nothing here on Amazon and nothing on the illy website.

Coffee, tea, and spices are usually exempt from FDA nutrition labeling requirements if they contain “insignificant” amounts of all nutrients required to be included in the “Nutrition Facts” panel. It's coffee... not much nutritional value. Truth is, not many people drink coffee for any nutritional value. That said... it's really good espresso!
