Fall Baking: Southern Harvest Favorites Hardcover – August 8, 2016

I first viewed this book from my local library. after reviewing and using some of the recipes, I looked for it online and happily added it to my collection of cookbooks. The recipes are practical with common ingredients, accurate and a little something for all tastes, that don't need to be just for fall baking.

Truly wonderful seasonal recipes. I have had success here without any errors in measurements, or oven temperatures. I use cake flour for a tender crumb - just my preference.The Bundt cake on the cover has a mouth watering streak of brown sugar and features an excellent glaze. These cakes all keep well and can be resurrected after freezing making them useful for the busy holiday season.

What a variety of recipes for Fall baking. Lots of pumpkin and sweet potato recipes along with apples. There are delightful pictures to whet your taste buds.

I bought this as a gift for my mother. She absolutely loved it, we all did as a matter of fact.

Used mine mostly for decor in my kitchen, but made a few recipes out of it & they did not disappoint!

Receipes are easy to follow, and are not WAY out there ingredients that you'll never be able to find. I've used this book more already in a few weeks , than I've used many, many of my other cookbooks.

Love this book! I have tried several of the recipes and love them. It is a great book for this fall weather and the holidays coming up. I am very glad I purchased this book.

Such beautiful pictures and easy recipes. I am a seasoned baker but intend to bake my way through this book and leave the other books on shelf this fall.
