Very easy to build. Doesn’t seem too challenging to paint, though I’ve only primed and dry brushed so far. He’s currently great on the battlefield in CSM. Read his rules, and tell me you don’t wanna try him out at least once. Great value both price and points wise.

He's a cool dude

I’m biased, but Cypher’s like hot sauce. He can go with anything and makes things spicy. He was a lot easier to build than I figured. The seller was prompt and there was no damage.

I didn't realize that this was plastic and I was over joyed on how it looks! I'm probably gonna run Cipher as a custom chapter Captain.

I received this Warhammer 40k miniature, and when I opened the padded bag, the miniature packaging it was crushed. I had to straighten it out. The content is OK. Amazon needs to train your drivers to be more careful with the items. I bought this to be added to completing my collection. Now, because of the package issue, the collector's value went down.
