Good flour.
Good flour. It is what it says on the packet. I have no complaints. Nice and light. Good texture. Very happy and the end product tastes delicious.

I heard talk that sometime if you are having digestive problems with wheat (or are gluten intolerant), European wheat can be so much better. So when I went on a cruise through the Baltics, I ate some of the bread. And no digestive problems! After researching I found this flour and I have now been using it for several years. I have to be gluten free, but for whatever reason I can eat this flour. Granted, I am still very careful and only have it once in a while. But the sourdough bread I made with this flour (as sourdough does something to the gluten and makes it more easily digestible) does not bother me at all. AND I make French bread that tastes just like the baguettes on the cruise ship. Everyone LOVES my French bread as it is so authentic! I’m not saying if you are celiac you can eat this flour! But if American wheat bothers you, this flour is AMAZING! It is so worth the $$$ as I now can eat bread/pastries occasionally. Granted, I still have to make it……

Flour from France is quite different from flour from America. It is like velvet on your hands and the taste is delicious. If you bake you will love the taste and texture of your favorite dessert or bread
