Wow. Day 1, nothing much happened. Day 2, had enough relief to satisfy me. Day 3, needed to stay home. However, it was Day 4 after the final night time capsules took effect that provided the all of the satisfaction. I never understood how people know when a cleanse works. Like okay, they make you poop. But this was different. There were smells I have never smelt. This product is AMAZING! I have had a troublesome time (getting things moving) since I was a small child. Yup, this product didn’t work for me. It is now day three and im feeling bloated as ever, passing gas a lot but my boweles are not coming out. Hmhmm its crazy how you think stuff gonna work but its like wow I wasted money. I was telling Julisa it’s not working she said yup write a review so here i am. Whats next, never buy, dont get it, dont look at it yup, what else and who else, rawwrrrrr

I have used renew life for years and always loved their cleanses. The first morning after taking the pm pill , nothing happened. I felt extremely bloated. Day two after taking two of the PM pills and the floodgates slowly open… By the evening of the second day, which is where I’m at now I feel like my stomach is almost flat. But of course that’s because I have had 8+ bowel movements. Can’t wait for tomorrow…

It wasn’t until day 3 that it started working, i first thought it wasn’t working for me but it started working on day 3. I used the bathroom maybe 3x that day, it was gentle on the stomach but don’t feel like i had a full cleanse

I liked that it's just 3 days. Well 4 actually because after you take the last set if pills on day 3 you have effects on day 4. This is good to take if you had a lil too much of the wrong things to eat during a vacation or the Christmas season. I'll recommend to anyone.
