One pillow is of darker shade than other, and moreover, one is more flattened while other on is more fluffy, possibly indicating two different pillows from two different stocks; indicating poor management while packing. One appears to be from the latest stock while other from old stock. There were few loose threads indicating poor finishing touch.

Quality not up to the mark
Poor quality, low value for money, after 3 months of use the cushion flattened out, it has an uneven shape, no where close to how it looks in the product image even when delivered.
