The perfect Smartphone for Tight Yorkshiremen, Seniors and as a Childs first Smartphone.
The phone comes well packaged with a UK charger and Lead. (That's a bonus nowadays!) There is also the obligatory Quick Start Guide in multiple languages, that as usual doesn't actually tell you an awful lot.The phone comes with its own clear Silicon phone case and screen protector already applied. If you are looking for the latest in design, forget it. It is a Basic, Plastic Smartphone, and as my kids keep telling me, it's quite chunky and (by modern standards) heavy. The kicker for me, it has a removable, replaceable battery! (The battery on mine lasts about 48 to 72 hours on standby (I don't get that many calls) or up to 48 hours if I use the phone or the odd app - Brilliant. The phone runs Andriod 10 Go Edition, but all my apps from a previous (Nokia) phone, run perfectly, although just a little slower. My previous phone had 4Gb RAM, unlike the Hafury, which only has 2Gb RAM. I have increased the storage of the phone with a cheap 16Gb mini SD card, so there is plenty of space for more apps, photographs, music (60s, 70s, Irish Country) etc.The sound quality is good, though a little on the loud side (use earphones for music, video etc). The phone checking app, 'Phone Checker & Test', lists the three cameras (2 rear, 1 front) at 2.3MP but thanks to AI, this is enhanced to a maximum of 13MP Rear and 8MP front. The photographs I have taken are acceptable to me, but don't expect SDLR quality. My Opinion: This is a great smartphone at a very very reasonable price, that ticks all the boxes for me (Price, Ease of Use, Functionality, Quality etc). I am not a 'phone snob' and don't care about the name, maker or country of origin of the phone. It is what it is!I'm sure there are numerous other phones out there that may be better than the Hafury M20, but I'm sure you will have a problem matching the price.

Cheap and good smartphone
Good price for a smartphone. The user menu is too simple so I checked online to know how to open the phone and put the sim card in.

Terrible phone, don't buy
Had this for two months now. I really wanted to like the phone. It's smaller than most these days so will actually fit in a pocket, and it doesn't come with all the random junk apps that come with other phones (lookin' at you, Samsung). Those were really the two things I wanted in a phone.Unfortunately, it's rubbish. It freezes, crashes, and reboots about every other day, and last time I had to take the battery out and put it back in to get it to work. Worse, the touch screen is wildly inaccurate. If you turn on the developer options in any Android phone you can turn on an option to have a little circle flash up when you touch the screen - I've got that on and I can see where my finger is and I can see where the circle is, and they're not the same by as much as a centimeter - easily twice the size of many buttons. It's also underpowered - processor-heavy tasks like watching a YouTube video are too much for it - they freeze and skip from time to time. It's not QUITE unusable, but it's a terrible experience.

Good price but...
The phone is cheap so can't complain much yet. After 2 months it's starting to run really slowly (seems to improve once all apps are closed). The battery takes the whole day to charge. Good for basic use.

Great phone, fast, great battery life, good 4G phone
I had one of these before but someone had broken it so needed a replacement. It's got great battery life, for example I charged the phone 10 hours ago and not used it yet it is still at 99% batter life!Using the apps on the phone is quick and simple, it's a perfect size as I don't want a huge phone and its great fit for my hands even though I have large hands. It comes with a plastic clear case that fits on the rear, you might want to buy a screen protector, though that's standard these days for many phones.I really like my Hafury M20, would happily recommend

not a good phone for 12 yrs - 67 yrs
pros:• the phone does it purpose for example, you can call, text message, take pictures/videos, download apps, surface the internet, etc.• Easy to usecons:• The phone has a similar vibe or a similar feel to the Samsung galaxy ace phones, for example, the design, app icons and sounds which would be cool if it was 2013• People with big hands are going to suffer when using this phone. This is very small, as a previously iPhone xs user I can not adjust to this phone. when using this phone it feel like the apps are cluster together, the key bored is non - existence for people with large hands, as it will be very difficulted to type and when you are browsing on the internet or watching videos on YouTube it feels like the you are zoomed out by 67-75%.• you are expecting to be hardcore gamer on this phone, you can forget about that. although you can still play popular games like pubg, call of duty or mobile legends ( depending how much storage you have left) be prepared to play on the lowest graphic setting.• This is responsive but can slow sometimes, for example switching apps, playing a video full scream or playing game.• Forget about using this phone you want to take pictures or a video.honestly if you are planning to give this phone to your child who just started or going into secondary school, middle school, high school/college . you are contributing to the bullying of your child. If you are young adult or fully grown adult using or planning to use this phone, good luck with your social life.

Excellent value for money!
I needed a new up to date second smartphone quickly and at a low cost. (primarily because I needed to get the NHS app) And this doesn't disappoint. Without spending a lot of money - it's easy to use, the battery life is great. The camera and video are good. I've added my coffee reward cards to the apps they work 😉 but I haven't added games or lots of other stuff that is on my other phone. I'm very happy with it and even though I was worried it might not be able to do the same as higher cost better known phones it hasn't let me down.

Easy use
I needed a phone and this one was affordable and easy to use. The only draw backs are that it tends to freeze and the buttons are tiny and close together so I often press the wrong button. Overall good value if you're looking for an unlocked Android phone.
