I baked a cake using this flour, and it turned out absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this nut flour to everyone!

This was great for allergin introduction for our infant, and have continued use into toddlerhood. We stir it into his yogurt and serve with fruit. Super yummy. I would use it as well in overnight oats. The texture wouldn't be great for coffee, but would be just fine in a smoothie. It seems to be high quality and good value for the price.

I bought this for a recipe of a French dessert and the flavor and the texture is wonderful. It has a flavor as if you would’ve ground them up freshly it does not have any package or plastic taste at sometimes one seems to taste as an after taste.💕💕💕💕

I love that chocolate and hazelnut spread but have to watch the sugar so I use this and cocoa powder in my oatmeal or protein drinks. It definitely satisfies my palate.

While flavor was pretty good, texture was not as powdered, and did not mix in coffee as well as we had hoped.

I love to use it in smoothies and in my favorite cookies, besides eating a couple spoonfuls of it satisfies that craving for a little "something" in between meals. And I am thrilled to see hazelnut orchards here in the USA. I hope to see a lot more of them.
