If you want to loose fluid from your lymphatic system then I give this 20 stars. I've only taken it 3 days and the way my legs look...makes me happy. No more wide calf boots.

Easy to Take
I find my Horbäach Rhodiola Rosea Capsules easy to take, with no offensive taste or odor, and the capsules are easy to swallow. These appear to be very high quality, with no undesirable fillers or preservatives, and they are non-GMO. With 180 capsules, a bottle lasts for months, making these a good value. I'm delighted with these.

i mean, it's alright
tried it for three days. day one: took two capsules alongside 200mg of l-theanine and 400mg of magnesium. made me feel very weird and anxious for most of the day, and had a killer headache. not gonna fault the rhodiola for adding it to my stack though, but that's what i experienced. day two: took two capsules, but this time without the l-theanine and magnesium. it sorta gave me energy? nothing very noteworthy, but something was happening. slight headache after awhile, though. day three: decided to cut it back to just one capsule (1000 mg) 'cause i feel that 2000mg of rhodiola is just excessive, and probably why i keep getting a headache from it. small energy boost, but nothing too crazy. no headache like the other two days. might just stick to one capsule every now and then, but i'm not blown away.

I think it helped
I as Tarted taking Rhodiola because I heard it helped with energy and weight loss, both which I need help with. They seemed to help a lot and j definitely noticed a difference in my mood. I was taking another brand that my holistic doctor recommended, and I actually had to ask her about them because they didn’t seem to work nearly as well as these. I paid a little more but it was worth the money because I noticed a difference. The pills were easy for me to swallow and felt like they were high quality.
