⭐ 1/5... Very Poor Quality & Worst After-Sales Service This is honestly the worst product I have ever purchased from Amazon. I bought two AGARO foot massagers, and both had serious issues. One unit stopped working, luckily within the warranty period. I raised a service request, instead of repairing properly, they sent me replacement parts. After fitting them, that also did not work. I complained again, they sent more parts. Now I am waiting for an electrician to assemble everything. Why should a customer deal with this level of hassle for a new product? The second massager literally blasted and made a loud noise, then completely stopped working. Unfortunately, that one was just a few days out of warranty, so no support. For a product that isn’t cheap, the manufacturing quality is extremely poor, and the service experience is also disappointing. Strongly not recommended. Don’t waste your money.

Good product, works as expected. You can feel the optimum pressure in foot and calf while using. Recently I faced a technical glitch, which required the PCB to be replaced. The service centre promptly responded and the issue got resolved in a timely and professional manner. Satisfied with the product as well as the after sales warranty service.

Good one. I purchased it 3 days ago. Yet the heat is'nt felt. Purpose did not serve for biying with extra amount. As there are rollers. The feet moves front to the extreme corner. Cannot relax You must always push your feet back to the position as a result causing more pain to my feet. I wanted to replace but its not allowing.

I ordered this product in February 2025, after 6 months it stopped working. Customer support team said they are ordering it’s part from china and it will take time. From August 2025 to February 2026, they are still ordering, my warranty is about to expire in February 2026 now. Last 5 months this product was not used.
