Introduction to Econometrics (Addison-wesley Series in Economics) 3rd Edition

I started to read this book and suddenly it became my favorite intro to econometrics book. I said intro but it's not because I think that it has too much less knowledge than more advanced counterparts. What makes it a valuable first step is having a very student friendly organization and language, and clearing even complicated subjects. It matched my learning style perfectly and I wish I had it when I was an undergrad student. Thank you Mr. Stock and Mr. Watson, you are life changing economists :)

This international edition is a cheaper option for people who doesnt damnd a hard cover book. this edition is 30 % cheper than the regular edition. For me was the perfect solution to my problems.

I purchased this book for my econometrics class and it was a way better purchase than buying through the manufacturer. This is the international version, but it was identical to the domestic one. Do yourself a favor and save some money bu buying this for class.

I used this textbook for an econometrics class. Many of the concepts were explained with too much math/symbols, and not enough intuitive understanding. It would have helped to use move visuals to improve comprehension. Also, there are some typos in some of the formulas and math, so verify the author's work while you read!Leaves much to be desired... I was lost in the lectures, so this book got me through some of the concepts, but it could have been better. (In comparison, for a previous stat course I used the book 'Statistics' by Freedman, which used excellent visuals and graphs to really drive the points home.)

Brand new book.

The course was completely, ridiculously botched up by our school, but this book didn't help either. Its a little cheaper than other options, but the price does not reflect the quality of this book. Its only good for kindling or paper weight. RIP tree that died making this book. I hope you both find new careers Mr Stock and Watson.
