Good fish oil to take for your eyes
This was recommended by my eye doctor to take. So far no issues with it. The pills are large so if you have issues with large pills that might be an issue.

I think these are a very high quality fish oil. For me, it’s important for my eyes and overall health. The fish content in this brand is excellent and I’m so happy it doesn’t leave an after taste or give me fishy breath or burps. I buy from Amazon instead of macuhealth so I can get free, fast shipping. The guy at macuhealth said these are are the same product I’d get if I ordered directly from them … fresh and the best quality. The only negative is that it is so expensive. I do wish they would make them more affordable. I think good health is worth spending on, but think they should be lower priced.
