Very good machine. Starts with one pull. Very very quiet it’s like 1/4 to 1/3 of the noise of a typical gas lawnmower. Super easy to carry. Gas indicator power consumption indicator and can power up a 1500watt space heater with ease like on the display when the heater runs it shows between 50-75% of the total power output so still got more capacity for other tools so when it says 2500watt peak 2200watt constant it’s not lying it’s real. Honestly this is all you need for backup and camping it does both things. I recommend you do some full synthetic oil to let it last longer other than that this is good. Made by pulsar which is a reputable brand too.

Great little generator at a great price! I have 7500 watt generator that I use on the farm, but didn't have anything at home. This fit the bill. It's super quiet and is always a single pull, easy start. Mine did show an overload light with no load on it, out the box. But, I opened the front and re-plugged every connection, and it works perfectly now. I'd buy it again.

I live in a rural area where our power goes out several times per year. I'm retired now so I'm home 24-7. This generator starts every time and will run 8-10 hours on one tank of gas. I recommend.

Great camping and home backup

For spark plug removal...there is too much hardware screws (4) e easilyasily lost tto replace side panel. Top slide access at top of gen. , plug wire and plug itself difficult to remove. (short stubby fingers don't work it easily to remove). Tools to remove provided flimsy. Side panel to remove to access oil fill, air filter, carb choke adjustment and fuel supply lines recommend to have one clasp latch. Again efficiency of maintenance to remove could be improved wih a clasp stainless steel spring latch. NO PROPANE GAS PRESSURE REGULATOR IS PROVIDED WITH PRODUCT. Separate purchase required

gosh I know how bad reviews are for businesses but I had to tell the truth and how badly it effected my family. I bought this generator in January. It sat in my house in the box until February 22nd when the snow storm hit Howell Nj (Monmouth county) and my power went out. No problem. I prepped for this- last snow storm happened a day or two after buying the generator, but the power never went out so I didn’t have to use it. I figured I would keep the generator either way because it’s perfect for emergencies, especially as a homeowner. so on February 22 at 4 AM the power went out. I turned the generator on followed the instruction manual. Make sure all valves and vents that were supposed to be open were open. Made sure there’s oil in it. Made sure there was gas in it whole nine everything sounded great. I thought my oven would be compatible with it, but it was not so we were freezing however, my brother who lived about 30 minutes away, gave us his heaters that were electric and could be plugged into the generator. We had to walk through the woods to go get them because we are on a dead end and a electrical pole was down blocking anyone from getting in or off my block when we plugged in the heaters and unplugged everything else the generator shut off no problem took one off turn it back on everything was good. We decided to give the generator rest after five hours, and when we went to turn it back on the recoil had no resistance. Broken. I went to open up everything to go take it out and maybe see if we can pull it manually with a drill. Everything is so compact in there you cannot work on it. You cannot get to the bolts. You literally cannot no matter how big or small your bolts are your hands don’t fit in it and barely even half an inch of tools fit in it. Thankfully Amazon gave us back the money. I don’t know if it was a one off situation for me but it sure as heck happened at the worst time possible we were freezing for two days cold and hungry until power was restored I will be investing my money elsewhere into a new one.
