Is this a pack of 4 blankets? I only received 1.

Yes the 4 pieces in the description was 4 small blankets in my order. I believe they were sealed in a plastic bag and really tiny. I would contact the seller, Amazon, or do a return if your order says it’s for the 4 pieces.

Are these blankets machine washable ?

Yes we have washed them in cold water several times and they are still soft
