I needed a towel to take to the gym before work. Given the limited amount of size in my bag i needed something compact and not micro-fibre (just because I can't stand that material...). This towel is perfect for my needs and way more absorbent than expected. Will order more!

Very pleased. Quality towel

What a great towel! I was looking for a light weight summer bath towel, and I found it. The size is wonderful, since it easily wraps around even the largest person in the house. After an initial laundering, it is also absorbent. There is some sizing or fabric treatment that keeps it crisp for purchase, and that also inhibits the towel’s ability to absorb. But that washes out. Each laundering makes the towel softer (linen is like that). Extra good is that it air dries quickly after use. Damp towels get funky quickly, particularly in summer. The color is like mud, which I do not prefer, so I hang it behind the door rather than out where it is on view. But it does its intended job well!

Perfect travel towel. I owned an Outlier grid linen towel for a couple of years ($75) and this is better and cheaper. First off the size is just right. It wraps around your waist or torso easily with enough room to tuck it in. There's also enough substance to the towel to soak up water without being overly bulky. I hate thick cotton towels because they take forever to dry. And travel micro fiber towels (PackTowel) feel terrible on the skin and eventually smell terrible (no matter how much anti-odor treatment they put on it). This towel is super easy to hand wash—plug the sink, add water, and a little soap. Wash. To wring out just fold it in half, roll it up, and wring it. It air dries really fast. Linen is by far the best towel material. And this is the best one for the money. I use it at home, at the beach, or wherever I go.
