Cutlery Utility Steak Knife, Black Handle, Pack of 2

I have always loved these knives. They are inexpensive and last forever. Run the blade through those cheap hand held knife sharpeners every now and then and they are ready to go. The tomato knife version of these never need sharpening with their serated edge and cut through a tomato easily.

I have several Rada knives and they are all great. I also have the Rada sharpener which keep all my knives sharp. Great products at great price.

Love the Rada silver handled knives. I have been using them for over 40+ years. My grandmother used to sell them for an organization when I was a child, so I have been using them my whole life. Glad they still exist and I can still purchase new ones as needed, plus at reasonable and affordable prices. Only needed a new one as I had thought I accidentally threw my favorite one out in the garbage with the vegetable peelings. Ordered two so I would have a back-up as I was very unhappy that I had lost it. I use the 'steak' knife as a paring knife, but also have the smaller paring knife, tomato knife, cheese knife, French/Chef knife, potato peeler and the knife sharpener. Love them all! Some of mine are probably over 40 years old and still in great shape. Would highly recommend.

My family has used these knives for years! They're the go to for everything. Worth every penny! I'd buy the set & save yourself some money.

I discovered Rada knives a few years ago. I bought a serrated knife that I use every day. I've only had to sharpen that knife once, and I did so with an old-fashioned knife sharpener rod. The knife's handle did become discolored a bit (it darkened) but that was my fault. Even though I only hand-washed it, I would too often leave it soaking in a dirty pan for a few hours until I got to the dishes, so likely any acids in what I cooked caused the discoloring. These are simple and elegant steak knives with a great balance, weight, and feel. I only hand-wash them and never leave them soaking in any dirty water, and then I dry them promptly and put them away. The handles are still as new as the day they arrived. REALLY LOVE that these are made in the US--I especially look for that in the products I buy and that's getting unfortunately hard to find. Highly recommend these, but be careful--they're SUPER-sharp!

Rada makes good knives. I have their Paring knife prior to this purchase. Such a small knife, about 3.5 inches of cutting power, but cutting it does and probably because of its serrated construction. So I wanted a Utility knife that is also called on the title a Steak knife. Around 5 inches, but when it arrived I realized it was not serrated. I know from buying steak knives they are serrated, and so I had to return it. I know serrated cuts slippery skins with precision, as in tomatoes, and overall seems a better option for its tasks. I was ready for a longer serrated knife but was not to be. Returned as new as it was sent. 3.7 Stars.

So far, I have purchased the Rada potato peeler, tomato slicer and paring knife. I love them so much that I bought the serrated steak knives set and one utility/steak knife. The serrated steak knives are a bit shorter than the utility knife. They measure 3-7/8" blade, total length 7-3/4". The utility/steak knife has a 4-7/8" blade and total length is 8-5/8". You can purchase it separately or in a set. I prefer the serrated edge for steak knives, and they fit nicely in my hand. They cut through pork chops and steaks like butter. The longer utility steak knife would also make nice steak knives, but I prefer using it as a utility knife. The sets come in a box, but I transferred them to my old knife block. These are all great knives at a very reasonable price.

I love this knife. A good knife is the one that can dice tomatoes to fine cubes and this knife does that. It stays sharp for the first 3 months then need some sharpening. But overall the performance of the knife is 5 stars

We bought a complete set of these about 5 years ago. Still my favorite knives by far. Bout these to add to our current set.

These knives are wonderful to use. I like the length and the feel in my hand. It is beautifully sharp and after many uses if it feels like it may not be as sharp, I run it over my Rada knife sharpener. I just bought this one as I have been using my old one for over 25 years and I sometimes want to change what I am doing without the bother of washing my knife, so decided to buy snotty. Rada knives are the only kind I buy. And I have various sizes and kinds. You can’t go wrong getting this one and you’ll soon find yourself ordering others.
