I buy this every year when fall and winter hit. I have done that since I had a cough about 3 years ago that wouldn't go away... it was like the 100 day cough...I tried this and the cough resolved within about a week. It also seems to help with my sinuses and they taste great. Unlike most Elderberry products it has actual Elderberry in it. I've noticed that most products just have Elderberry flavor. The added Zinc is also a plus.
