My wife once used it to add flavor and a beautiful color to the pastries.

Has a bit of a artificial flavour. But if you use it to enhance something with ube already in it rather than being the main source of ube flavour, it isn't so bad.

The flavour is 5 stars !! If you do not have a store near you who carries this extract - they are delicious and flavourful and add the perfect Ube flavouring. BUT BEWARE - I was refunded after contacting Amazon because they were leaking so extremely bad that I lost a quite bit of product and the labels were so stained purple they were not legible.
