Fits the appliance great, and it works. Decent quality and value for the money.

Installed it in less than 5 minutes. All I had to do was strip more insulation off and install the flange clamp and hook up two wire and screw the ground to the ground connection.

It’s a plug. But looked like a quality one. Installed easily and works.

I liked the fact that no wire cutting or splicing was required. The circular ground wire connector was too small for the screw to go through. I used a wire cutter to sever the circular connector so the screw could go through. The overall diameter of the new cord insulation was smaller than the old cord.

I assume it works with all InSinkErators (since it says so in description), but just in case you got the same disposal I did and want confirmation, I got the "InSinkErator Badger 5XP Garbage Disposal, Standard Series 3/4 HP Continuous Feed Food Waste Disposer" and it works great, not a single issue.

You don't need to be a professional electrician to install this, it's easy enough to swap the cord over. Now I've successfully wired my garburator to an air switch, which is why I wanted this product in the first place.

Easy to hook up. No hassle. Only wished it had a low profile plug but I couldn't find that anywhere so no need to lose a star for industry standard.
