Glo Skin Beauty Pressed Base Powder Foundation Makeup (Cocoa Light) - Flawless Coverage for a Radiant Natural, Second-Skin Finish

My dermatologist's office stopped selling this brand, so I was very happy to be able to order it from Amazon. Use a kabuki brush, and the coverage is VERY good. As good as a concealer (I do not use this under my eyes). Even though I usually wear pink tones, it is the Golden Light that matches my fair, Winter skin the best. I've been using Glo compacts for many many years. Just don't drop it. The cake of powder does break up pretty easily if you drop it hard. On my skin, this powder does not look cakey, or settle into my wrinkles and creases. And it stays on all day.

This has been my favorite makeup for the past 15 years! Tried others but always go back to this one, it goes on good, stays on good and lasts the longest!

Aging skin here, but I love this light powder. Gives great coverage with two applications. I was a 20+ year user of Bare Minerals but they changed their formula so this was the first thing I tried. It’s great. I graded them down one star because their colors aren’t terribly accurate. I took the quiz and came out as a beige medium. It was a little too light for my skin tone so I ordered beige dark but it’s lighter than the beige medium so I have to supplement it with some old BareMinerals I had laying around that was too dark by itself. It is also quite pricey.

I’ve loved this powder forever. Most days no foundation is needed. Great for everyday use.

I've tried and continue to try different foundations. Nothing covers as well as GloMinerals with regards to avoiding some horrible ingredients that other brands with full coverage contain. I am a purist and so there are some ingredients I'd rather take a break from using but haven't found anything that comes as close as good to the pressed Glo. I am pale with yellow undertones, this may be slightly more beige on me but it matches fine enough. Sometimes the alternative of being too yellow is less natural than using the more beige tone this foundation offers. I don't use the sponge applicator. I use the Elf flat top foundation brush and apply in circles... did I say how amazing the coverage is? It can look a little cakey if you have textured areas but often spritzing with a mist/water can eliminate that and it is the least cakey looking out of every brand I've tried. This makeup lasts a long day, if oily, you may need to blot after a few hours to avoid wiping makeup off but even then the coverage is good. Cons: Sometimes I'll get 1-2 microscopic red dots that look like blood (pin head size), quite concerning and so I think it may be a reaction to an ingredient. I can say that my skin heals from a breakout faster when I where this makeup than if I don't, which goes against most advice you would receive. I highly recommend.

Product is amazing but how do you suppose to apply on the go if there is no sponge included. I like to carry this in my small purse and reapply in the day if needed! Now I have to carry a separate applicator, makes no sense! Bring back the applicator!!

I use as a face powder after using only moisturiser.

Great make up . Good if you are prone to spots or blemishes . Highly recommend !

I love Glo, i wasn't a makeup girl before using this product. The mineral content is adequate so its worth the money. The rest i have purchased claim to be mineral makeup, but mostly because they have minerals in it and they still made me break out. Glo is water resistant so you have to use a cloth or scrub to clean your face (which you should anyways lol) but i can go swimming and come out with my makeup still on which is a great sell for me lol its a pressed base powder but its all that i use... golden dark in the summer and golden medium in the winter. i won't use anything but Glo!

Love it ... has great coverage Even on old wrinkles. Works on dry skin with oily patches.
