Mood Support

I was looking for an Ashwaganda supplement and i am so glad I found this. It seems like great quality. The bottle alone is so nice & i think I may have to find another use or it when I am done. So far I am really pleased and will update once my body has had time to react and adjust to the supplement, but so far I like it and would recommend!

Wife was starting to get signs of peri menopause. She started taking this and in about 2/3 weeks the hot flashes and mood were stabilized. We've since reordered a few times but only taking one pill from the new bottles as the stuff is already ready for the supplements

I appreciate it being all in one capsule.I don't love that slump when it's dark and cold here in Western Washington State - so along with regular vitamin D supplementation (which this has but not in any quantity worth much) a supplement like this can help offset that seasonal slow-down. When the sunshine and spring comes I stop taking things like this, so we'll check back in then perhaps:)I've noticed differences before with a St. John's Wort and Rhodiola Rosea blend - so this doesn't have much Rhodiola at all but blended with the other things and big boost in B vitamins it could be nice.Would like to know about the Rhodiola sourcing as it takes a long time to grow and sources can be over-harvested if gone unchecked.

These do help my depression on bad days but I’ve noticed it’s not something I can take daily. Taken daily for me, it actually makes my depressive episodes longer.

ive only been taking half the dose. 1 pill . Only been about a week, Ive seen a noticeable improvement in my quality of sleep

Ashwaganda and me are no good. These supplements seems to make me mad, or angry even each time I took it. I wanted to like these but they gave me nightmares and made my mood a bit worse. Not good for my personal chemistry. It might work better for someone else...

Great product, I was able to get off my medications and start using this product instead. Works great, I can feel it working within about 20-30 minutes.

Great product. One bottle was all needed to jump start mood. So far so good. Highly recommend
