Stupid awesome reliability?
2-year review still works just like the day I bought it must use bottled water or will break within 6 months this ice maker is fantastic worth $70 all day long and it's entertaining to watch thanks Amazon prime day just went in and looked at the reviews this product has a little bit of a fish hook the one star reviews almost outnumber the two and three star reviews combined so product is probably not reliable but it's entertaining

13 inches high (33cm) 9 piece of ice per minute.
Pros - Makes ice cubes every minute. - 9 pieces of ice per cycle - Uses an arm - has rectangle bath were the metal fingers freeze. lowers so the ice falls then the arms scoops it with its rectangle spatula. - black and clear eyeball sensors stops it from making more ice. (Trip laser) - opening to clean the ice maker side is 6 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches tall. - Ice basket is 5 inches thick 7 inches wide and 3 inches from the sensor. - - Makes about 55 pieces of ice. If you move the ice around 64 pieces of ice. - ice cubes are like little shot glasses. (Hollow center) size 1 n 1/16 x 1 inch - smaller ice cube heat exhausted isn’t noticeable Cons - Bottom right exhausts heat so be aware. - I don’t notice a different between small and large cubes. When the rooms cold produces the larger ice cubes. - liquids get trapped in the ice cubes. - large ice cube setting raises the room temperature by 2 degrees. Summary uses a shot glass ice cube to make 9 pieces of ice every minute. Smaller ice cube setting lowers the heat exhausted. Machines not small. 13 inches tall, Sides are 13H x 12T, the front and back are 13H x 9W . Top is 12T x 9W H height (Y), W width (X), T thickness (Z). Makes about 55 pieces of ice. Water reservoir is below the ice basket. Reuses melted ice water.

Ice My Tea Perfection!
A mighty good buy. Fast to make the first round then keeps it coming. Post summer heatwave we'll have plenty to bag ahead for parties. The noise is similar to an oven fan. It's in our very hot garage right now so no noise issues for me. Despite the 85 plus garage temp it still works beautifully. Like the shape of the cubes too.

Broke After 2 Months
I should have read the reviews! Worked perfect for two months then indicator light for ice full came on and would not make any more ice even though the ice bin was empty. Follow thru on all trouble shooting instructions but still ice full light on. Even left it unplug for over a week and tried it again, still broken. If only I had read the reviews, I see over a dozen people having the same problem.

Meets my expectations
This product works. I got this yesterday and started making ice in the evening. The temperature was still close to 80 degrees and during the first hour it seemed to struggle, the ice cubes melting faster then the machine could make the cubes. I'm not sure if it was do to the warm weather or being new and "getting broken in" but after a bit of time it started to catch up and even over taking my needs for my cold drinks. At the end of the night there was enough left over so I could stock some in my freezer. I have it making ice this morning, temperature is around 70 degrees and it is doing fine. The more ice it makes and the fuller it gets the more efficient it becomes, I guess because its making the machine cooler. I feel that there isn't any reason not to let it run continuously though I don't plan on doing that. If you don't plan on running it continuously keep this in mind. If it is running continuously the temperature inside is generally to cold for mold to form, I had one of these, different brand, and found that if I didn't run it all the time and I didn't drain and dry it mold would form quickly. So I recommend to either run it all the time or drain it and dry it out as best as possible. Anyway, I live in a RV, the freezer is small. Ice trays or store bought ice took up to much room, I can control the batch size now. Best of all, no more forgetting the ice on the way home!

Great product with an IMPORTANT NOTE
The product stopped working after about two months but is now, for whatever reason, working again. The sensor was reading "Ice Full" when it was completely empty. I cleaned it, still didn't work. I finally got around to returning it and it decided to start working again. No idea what caused it to start working, however just know that products may be unreliable. It comes with a one-year warranty through Galanz which is a huge plus. Please note that it's also practically impossible to entirely take apart to troubleshoot. I was going to try fixing it myself but reaching the sensor was never gonna happen. As for when it's actually working it's great, produces a lot of ice, doesn't have a noticeable after-taste, and is easy to use. It should be noted that it's pretty loud, so if you're planning on using this in a dorm room just know you may wake up to it. Even if you run fans/white noise, the ice falling is likely louder. I even wake up to the relay energizing. Overall I'm not disappointed in the product. It helps me bring cold water to work every day and their customer service is alright. If you're just planning on filling a water bottle, it may be worth it to buy an ice tray with multiple layers rather than buying a whole machine.

Fantastic Investment
I cant imagine my life without this product. I am someone who needs an ice cold beverage at all times, and sometimes I forget to refill the ice trays in my freezer. I bought this product because the reviews were really good and it was much more affordable than other ice makers on the market. My friends and I use this every single day and we absolutely love it. takes about 6-8 minutes to make ice and keeps the ice nice and cold. It is a bit of a pain to clean, but i clean mine about once every two weeks and it isn't too bad. Also love the red color, looks great on my counter top. Highly recommend buying this!

Love this machine ...it makes large and small ice but prefer the small. The ice cubes or bullets die to shape of cubes do stick together when placed in freezer compartment but I use a wooden spoon to break of esp when I add the next ice maker basket of bullets to the freezer.

We bought this brand expecting quality - we plugged it in for the first time today and it only filled with ice once and now it is not working at all. Maybe 30 ice cubes and stopped working completely. Total waste of money. Very disappointing! Not recommended at all.

Love the look. It’s a little loud and you need to clean it often cuz the mold smell. Nice unit! I use it daily hence the cleanings.

Makes quick ice, but they start to melt fast, so we have to move them to the freezer right away. Even after we put them ice into the freezer, the ice pieces freeze into one big bunch. We have to use an ice pick to get them apart.
