The total weight of 66 pounds is perfect for a wide range of exercises, whether I’m doing lighter reps or heavier strength training. I already have a bench at home, and these dumbbells have paired perfectly with it for my morning exercise routine. Value, quality, color and feel/use of that head weights is actually nice. Great gripping when you use. Don’t hurt your hands. Easy to store, don’t take up a lot of room. Gets the job done! Easy on and off of weights.

Too close to your hand so it makes it difficult for certain moves and they do get loose too often but they get the job done and I can adjust as needed. Is not as fast as others where you can change it instantly due to the mechanism but again, it gets the job done for that price.

This dumbbell set is perfect because it doesn’t take up much space. It’s great for someone who is just starting out and wants to gradually increase the weight

Great gift for our oldest grandson. He is 13 and is getting into strength training for football in the Fall. Easy to adjust the weights and easy to use. Would buy again.

The Dumbbell Set is inexpensive but does the job. If you want an professional set this is not for you. It has a variety of weights and the bars are a good size. Unfortunately, the screw collars and weight plates are cheaply made. Also, there is a slight smell that has been been mentioned on some reviews.
