I was nervous to try a sleep aid - you never know with these things. This one really worked. I was relaxed and sleeping in about an hour after taking. I started with only 1 capsule - not the recommended 2. I did have a hard time waking up, but the feeling went away quickly. No other "side effects" that I noticed. I took it for 2 days and on the third day I did not, and fell asleep without taking a capsule. Will use when I need it. It works well. Definitely recommend.

Great Product, it really helps, its a blend and it has 5mg Melatonin per capsule. NOTE: you have to take it 30 mins prior the hour of sleep and turn off any screen to relax.
