Hello,we designed this scratcher with great tightness and you don't need to continually re-extend it when use!Just enjoy the scratching!

Q: What is the extended and folded length?

Hello,the folded and max extended length is 8-32 inches.We designed the funny scratcher for everyone to scratch anywhere on the back.

Q: Since it does not lock in place, i want to know if it stays extended during use?

I’ve never had an issue with it not staying extended. Which is funny because I never thought about it till now, but I’ve never had to continually re-extend it.

Q: What's your favorite attachment?

I think I like them all. They are great for different purposes. The "bear claw" is perfect for targeted scratching, and the two-sided scratch/massage head is great for larger areas or slow soothing motions (especially on my neck, and even my face!). The rake-style head is my favorite and feels absolutely amazing on my scalp and works great on my back as well for scratching larger areas.
