I was desperate for something. I searched anxiety relief and saw this product. I alway check the reviews and price was more than I wanted to spend. I wasn't sure they'd work but I decided to try them. Thankfully they were delivered same day. I took the pill once a day, in the morning. By the 3rd day I felt a difference in everything. The way I felt physically. I started eating again. Mentally I felt calm. Taking this pill and learning stress management techniques helped incredibly. It's been a month and I feel the most positive I've ever felt. I plan to keep taking these and keep managing my stress. It doesn't hurt to try!

I ordered this herb for my son who has a serious anxiety problem but doesnt want to take controlled items for it. It sounded so good on the review I thought for sure it would help him. I received it yesterday morning around 10 not exactly sure of time. I had eaten breakfast and decided to try one of the capsules just to see if it would make me feel calm. About 30 minutes after taking it, I began to feel a tiny bit nauseated. After about an hour my stomach started cramping badly and I felt as tho I might have diarrhea. In another 30 minutes I started throwing up what little I had eaten that morning. This all progressed until I was as sick as I ever remember being with severe stomach cramps, throwing up and diarrhea. I took Kaopectate, Imodium, Gas-X in and out of the bathroom and in bed wondering when and if I would get better. I was too ill to go to the doctor. It was like a bad dream as I was just out of action, waiting. At 2:00 this morning things eased up a bit and I slept off and on, still in pain, until morning light. I have been in bed all day unable to eat just drinking water. I read the items in the Calm and none seemed something you should be careful taking, so I’m left wondering about what in the capsule caused me to be ill. I cannot tolerate dairy products which can make me pretty ill if they are not Lactose free but i saw no indication of this in Calm. I certainly wont risk giving it to my son. Hopefully you will refund my money if I return the product. Personally, I think you should check the rest of the capsules as something might have gotten in them that shouldn't be there. Has anyone else had a reaction of this type after taking the capsules. Will be waiting to hear from you.

Sometimes I can relax and Sleep other times no value. Very expensive without consistent results

I have COPD and was looking for an alternative to Xanax. It works great for anxiety but affects breathing like Xanax. Had to stop after 3 days. Might be OK if it was tablet and breakable or a lower strength.

I never write reviews but I felt I had to for these cause they've brought me so much needed relief. My psychiatrist prescribed me zoloft and xanax for horrible anxiety thats mostly social-family related. I am taking xanax on an as needed basis but wanted something else more natural I could take in place of zoloft cause all the side effects worried me. I never took the zoloft so I cant compare but I cant even believe how well these redi-calm work. I may not even refill my xanax because I think these work better. I was only taking one redi-calm on an as needed basis and after 45 minutes to an hour they have totally washed away an oncoming anxiety attack triggered by my con-artist mother that would normally have tipped me into a tailspin of histericalness and sleeplessness for days. So now ive started taking one every day and find myself able to handle little things that would normally enrage me much better. Then I take another one if I get triggered badly and need to wash it away. I also used to sometimes wake up in the middle of night panicked about dealing with family things that Id fixate on and lose sleep for days. I woke up like that the other day and took one of these and I was out dead asleep fast and woke up feeling so rested. Only downside is they are kinda expensive.

I've bought this supplement awhile ago, try it a few times, but did not do it regularly. During the holidays I started getting more anxious than usual, I was diagnosed with panic attacks and anxiety a while ago after being a first responder during the 9/11 attacks, I was a NYC Police Officer than., but after that I took heavy medication, which I disliked so much. I got better went off those awful medications, and learn to manage my panic attacks on my own, which its so hard at times, but worked at it every day. May 2018 the best sister I had dies, it took me by surprise and back to my panic attacks, which came and went as usual. And than during the holidays, I just couldn't manage them cried a lot not only for the loss of my sister, but because I did not want to go back to those awful drugs, and I remember Redicalm, still had half the bottle in my medicine cabinet, and I took one, and felt so much better, and took another the next day, and much better. End of my story, I just order another bottle and will be ordering more for my mom, it works beautifully. No awful drugs, and I feel like I can have a life now. Thank you for this wonderful substitution one less thing to worry about by taking heavy duty drugs ewww. Iris Ohalloran....
