There is confusion as to what weight class to buy there is some contradiction and I bought the weight class three thinking it was good for up to 200 lb, but it came with a 70 kg bungee that says 154 lb and the harness I guess was for someone weighing 154 lb and we could not get it on.Going to try the weight class four and see if that harness will fit. The hornets is designed in such a way that you have to slip it on like a pair of pants it doesn't unbuckle at the waist or the legs and that is very irritating. I suggest that you buy the heavy one with the biggest harness you can always get a smaller bungee.

I'm still getting comfortable using it, and when I first got it I wasn't sure where I was going to hook it up. My child has a very heavy duty park quality swingset outback that he doesn't use much anymore, so I took two swings off and hooked my device up on the swingset and it works perfect and I have a big yard so I can maximize it's potential.

You can do as little or as much as you want with this and either choices is very fun!

It is intense. You can really push your body to the limit using this product. While there is a lighter funner side of using this product. It can also be used to max out your core and back strength. I have not hung this yet but the pieces in the kit are each nice and sturdy which I was hoping was the case. I want to use it for gravity and resistance and I am going to put my full weight in/on it. I've used something similar and this seems like it is better quality.I'm excited to set it up and will update once I've got some experience under my belt! (get it? haha)
