If you would like to buy a set of scales that break down after 18 months and no longer turn on, and / or if you would like to then ask for assistance multiple times from the seller and be completely ignored without a single response. If you would like spending over $100 and have an item to throw in the rubbish or enjoying burning your money. THEN THESE ARE THE SCALES AND THE SELLER FOR YOU.

For the longest time, I debated whether investing in a scale for my eBay shipments was worth the hassle. But after reading glowing reviews about this particular model, I took the plunge—and I'm so glad I did! It's quickly become an essential tool in my seller arsenal, paying for itself in savings on shipping costs. What I love most is its accuracy. I always double-check by weighing items multiple times, ensuring consistency. And here's a pro tip: it's better to slightly overestimate weights, especially when you don't account for packaging materials. Surprisingly, it hasn't affected label costs for normal-sized packages, and it adds a buffer against potential errors. Overall, this scale has been a game-changer for me, and I wish I had picked it up sooner. It's made the shipping process smoother and more cost-effective, not to mention a time saver at the post office. So if you're on the fence about using a scale, trust me, it's worth it!

One of the first things you learn about selling online, is that shipping companies, like the USPS, require precise weight measurements, otherwise they throw a fit. The cost of shipping goes by weight and distance to be shipped, so they want it to be accurate. You don't want to get overcharged on shipping, so its best to get it right the first time. I saw commercial scales that cost well into the hundreds, but I am not a big company, so I don't need one of those. I saw this nifty little unit for around 17 dollars, now selling for 19 dollars at the time of this review. I also saw mostly all positive reviews for this unit, so I thought what the heck, why not give it a try. One of the biggest selling points for this scale, is while it can use batteries, and comes with some included, it can be wall powered as well. This is a major plus for me, as I don't intend on going through batteries, just to make a battery manufacture richer off my back. I also like the fact that the unit has a LARGE and LIGHTED display, that is another major plus! I find it is quite easy to read, and I don't have any issues with it. All the controls are pretty self explanatory, but I will go over them to be thorough. On the left side of the unit, is the measurement mode selection, depending on what type of measurement you need, you select it there. On the top left of the unit, is the ON/OFF button. On the top right of the unit, you have the ZERO button, for zeroing pit the display. And on the right side of the unit, you have the HOLD button, which holds the measurement value, after you have removed the item you are weighing, off the scale, which is helpful for when weighing oversized packages. For this review, I measured a gallon of distilled water, measures to 8 pounds 8 ounces, WOW, their filler machines must be as accurate as this scale, I'm impressed. Then I measured 2 quarts or 90 ounces of a popular dish detergent, which I blurred out the name for copyright reasons, and it measured out to 6 pounds and 4.2 ounces. As you can see, this scale works out well! The top half of the scale can open up like a lid, to hold oddball objects as well. One of the issues that I've noticed from many negative reviews, just in general, for weight scales sold on Amazon, is that many people appear, to not understand the accuracy of the scales, as per their weight capacities. If you buy a kitchen scale that is rated for grams and ounces, its only going to be accurate up to a few pounds. If you buy this scale that is rated for 50-pounds max capacity, its only really going to be accurate between a few ounces, up to that 50-pounds. I saw a review for a 440 pound weight scale, and the guy gave it a huge negative review, because he was bothered by the fact, it couldn't be accurate to weigh things that are only a few ounces. Its like dude, the scale was rated for 440 pounds max capacity, which means that its accuracy, probably only begins to be accurate around the 50 pound mark. So the point I am trying to make is, know the type of items that you are going to be weighing, then buy the scale that will be the most accurate for those weights. I have had no issues with this scale whatsoever, and I highly recommend it. 5 out of 5 stars!
