I have found these effective in helping to reduce cortisol levels and take 2 in the evening to help me relax. I have made a repeat purchase and would recommend this brand. They are not hugely expensive for this type of supplement which tends to be on the pricey side.

I always check the ingredients before ordering supplements -- and I did with this one too. I don't know why, but this Phos Serine has given me a headache on the 3 occasions I've taken it. I can't see anything in the ingredients that would cause this -- so I have no idea why. I have one un-used and unopened bottle. Is there a way I can return this and get a refund -- I cannot take it.

Unfortunately caused tummy problems and worsened my insomnia. I was taking 150mg am & 150 mg pm, this is supposed to be a ‘safe’ amount, but after a week of worsened symptoms I’m giving up

Das stelle ich ganz eindeutig fest, nachdem ich die Kapseln nun seit ein paar Wochen nicht mehr nehme. Unfreiwilligerweise, da mein Päckchen irgendwo in einem schwarzen Loch namens DPD verloren gegangen ist. Leider waren die Kapseln danach eine Weile nicht mehr lieferbar. Heute kommt zum Glück endlich der Nachschub an. Rückblickend positiv an dem Ganzen ist aber, dass ich so tatsächlich bemerkt habe, dass die Kapseln ihre Wirkung taten. In meinem Fall heißt das, dem stressbedingt hohen Cortisol-Spiegel entgegenzuwirken. Mental gestresst, vor allen Dingen. Nach Beginn der Einnahme habe ich keinen großen Effekt feststellen können. Die Kapseln waren gut verträglich, durch die Dosierung mit 150 mg Phosphatidylserin braucht man hier nur 2 und nicht 3 Kapseln täglich. Noch dazu sind diese im Vergleich zu anderen Produkten erfreulich klein und bereiten dementsprechend keine Probleme beim Schlucken. Das war es die ersten paar Wochen aber auch auf der Haben-Seite. Im zweiten Einnahmemonat habe ich eine größere Gelassenheit bemerkt. Auch der Heißhunger auf Süßkram war nicht mehr so ausgeprägt - und ich gehöre zu Menschen, die ohne Schoki nicht sein können *g* Die positive Veränderung stellte sich schleichend ein und ist auch wirklich nicht riesig, da sollte man keine Wunder erwarten. Dennoch ist sie vorhanden, was sich spätestens nach ein paar Wochen der Nicht-mehr-Einnahme bemerkbar macht. Ich kann die Kapseln unterm Strich also guten Gewissens empfehlen, sie sind verträglich, leicht einzunehmen und sie können das Stresslevel senken. Nicht auf null - aber spürbar.

Chi si allena seriamente sa bene quanto sia importante tenere sotto controllo il cortisolo, l'ormone dello stress, per questo motivo ho deciso di comprare questo integratore. Il prodotto è più costoso rispetto ad altri ma è controllato e certificato, il che è utilissimo per evitare di assumere metalli pesanti o altre sostanze nocive insieme al prodotto. Ho trovato le capsule da 150 pratiche per selezionare il giusto dosaggio a seconda del evenienza, sono piccole e non disturbano nella deglutizione. Il calo del cortisolo anche se non straordinario è comunque percepibile anche a dosaggi contenuti, soprattutto se post allenamento lo stesso giorno. Integratore utile anche per chi non si allena ma magari svolge una vita impegnativa o sta portando avanti una dieta. A 300 mg al giorno si percepisce già minor stress ma per avere un calo più consistente e utile per chi fa' sport si va dai 450mg sino ai 750mg. Assumo circa 600mg nei giorni più impegnativi e fa' il suo lavoro. Sembra migliori la velocità di recupero e anche leggermente il sonno. Nei giorni out assumo 450 mg prima di dormire dopo cena nei giorni di allenamento 600mg. Essendo un fosfolipide è meglio assumerlo con o dopo un pasto con almeno un minimo di grassi, va bene anche con un po' di frutta secca per migliorarne l'assorbimento. Lo uso sia in fase di cut sia in fase di bulk da qualche anno è mai un problema di stomaco o altro. Davvero un buon prodotto, sicuro e utile.
