Is it compatible with all iPhone models?

Yes it does and if your using any iPhone pro max all you have to do is take the extra plastic that’s in the back of the clip and your good to go I originally bought it for my iPhone X but now I have the 12pro and it works just fine

Has anyone used this to smooth moving water photos such as waterfalls?

The filter on this clip would allow the shutter speed & aperture on the camera to be reduced to reach the result of blurred water falls and rivers Of course other factors like the time of day must be considered

Does this kit work with the Iphone 12 Pro Max?

Kind of. I have a 12 pro and found you had to move it if you wanted to shoot ultra wide. Filter also vignettes images and has off coloring on occasion. It’s a cheap filter. I replaced it with a Sandmarc.
