Our 8-year old with a high frequency develops an intense interest and fondness of certain topics and items. Now it is the Investigators. He read one of the books at school, and asked us to order him this one. Which he’s read many times over again. Now his main goal in life is getting the other book in the series as well. And het talks about nothing else but Investigators.. The colourful 196-page books are perfect for him funny, with not too much text and al evolving around an exciting mystery. He can read well, but is reluctant to read own his own. These books he loves to devour it style and tone just resonate strongly with him. Its all quite friendly natured humour, wrapped up in bright cartoons. Looking forward to the next books in this series.

One of the few books my son happily reads to himself. Bought it as he loved dog man and this looked a similar type of book. He absolutely loved it and enjoyed discussing the plot afterwards. He’s now working his way through the series,

My kids love the investigators! I’ve read the entire series to them and now they read them themselves! They can’t get enough! It’s cute and silly but thankfully without all the potty humor that the other books they love have!!!
