I like this vitamin! The absorption rate as well, and that is what I look for in a good vitamin! Plus, it has great bonus mushrooms for your immune system!

As far as I can tell it does the job of boosting our immune system and it doesn't cause any digestive distress.

I don't know exactly how good this is working because I take it with other herbs but I know mushrooms are very good for the body.

I didn't realize (at the time of purchase) that this is a proprietary blend. I'm not a fan of proprietary blends, because it doesn't list the exact amount(s) of each mushroom species. The mushrooms have been organically grown & they've been tested for microbes, heavy metals, etc., etc., etc. The capsules contain the EXTRACTS OF FRUITING BODIES without fillers or grains. Extracts are potent, easily absorbed by the body & deliver results. Fruiting bodies are therapeutic. This supplement doesn't contain any mycelium.

I typically get a cold in the spring with seasonal changes, but I've been taking this supplement every 1-2 days and I haven't gotten ill yet! Went on an international trip as well and brought this with me as precaution.

I learned of turkey tail mushrooms from a Netflix documentary the magnificent fungi, and this product is worth the money and time it took to receive it. I've noticed a significant change in my body's homeostasis and well as my overall immune system. Highly recommend.
