Received safe money box - that u cannot open. Looks looks like someone before set password and now it is impossible to reset it. Since it was a gift, we passed return date. That does not change the fact that toy is not usable.

My son loves this as it looks cool as a piggy bank. It does work well for when you insert the dollar bills. We never had it jammed. The noise of the sound effects was a bit loud but I supposed it's fun for kids. Will recommend as a cool gift.

I bought two black ATM banks for my boys. They both arrived quickly. One bank worked perfectly fine but the money slot on the second bank didn't work. I sent a message to the Seller through Amazon. They responded quickly and sent me a replacement in the mail. The replacement came two days later which was faster than what was expected. The only issue I found is that the volume on the banks is too loud. It wasn't a huge deal. I discreetly covered up the speaker holes with some black electrical tape to match the bank. You barely notice the tape and the sound is much better.
