The Body Shop Seaweed Deep Cleansing Gel Wash, 4.2 Fl Oz

This is my go to face wash and I usually buy it in the store. Happy with my online purchase, I received exactly what I would buy in the store. I have oily skin and I use this 2x a day and it really washes away the oil without leaving my skin too dry. I really don't use a whole lot with each cleansing either, so it lasts me a good amount of time. Sometimes I use the Body Shop Seaweed exfoliant with this as well, and together its a little too abrasive. I would say that that is the exfoliant's fault. I prefer to use this product much more often. If you're thinking about buying multiple products from this line, maybe just start with the cleanser since it seems to be gentler on the skin.

I had a serious breakout year ago and traveled to Germany for work. I went to the Body Shop in a mall and discovered this face wash, thanks to the wonderful sales representative. I have no desire to use any other face wash, ever, as this one truly resolved my blemishes and kept my face pretty smooth and clear for the last year! This is one of my daily must-have products!!

I really like this product. I have combination skin, which this face wash is recommended for. It doesn’t leave my face feeling stripped of all its moisture like other products have. And my fave doesn’t get oily 15 minutes after washing my face now either. I purchased the toner in this line as well and the work great together. Didn’t purchase the moisturizer, but I should have, plan on doing that soon.

This stuff is the BEST. I've been using for over ten years. So glad to find it on amazon! I have combination skin, tend toward pimples (although I'm 50!!!)... this stuff gets rid of the oil without stripping and drying my skin. Always takes all makeup off nicely. I'm a fan for life!

It’s a good wash, not great. Can probably find one that’s just as good and cost less.

Will definitely be buying more!

This cleanser is so good. I have sensitive skin and this have been so gentle and leave my face soft. I have been applying it with the soft towel for nose white heads..it worked..I will buy again

Even though I am decades older than a teen, I have oily skin that is prone to breakouts. This is the only cleanser I have found that controls the oil and doesn't overdry middleaged skin.

I’ve never used a face wash which suited my skin as well as this one. TBS is well known for cruelty free products, but not all of them are good for the skin in the long run (preservatives, fragrances, other ingredients which aren’t good for the body if used in certain concentrations or formulas). This has always left my skin feeling squeaky clean, bright, and not stripped of natural sebum. Recommended for combination skin like mine
