This is an incredible tea, you surely get what you pay for. Although I am not a very experienced tea person since I am just getting into it, I do have to say that I found this tea to have a great taste, very similar to green tea. The thing that impressed me the most though was the amount of energy it gave me throughout the day. I handle caffeine very well so I didn't think the amount it contained would even phase me but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it gave me a good positive boost. Definitely will continue to purchase this tea!

A quality Oolong tea. Worth a try.

If you like stronger flavored tea, this tea might not be the one. I like the taste, and smoothness of the tea. And it is organic tea.

I just made my first pot of this tea and I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed. I've read many of the reviews here and I don't understand how they can rate this tea so high but I cannot give it more than a one star rating. It has very little flavor at all and even after steeping it longer the flavor still remain very Bland and hardly any Aroma at all. I've had many oolong teas before and they've had a much more bold Flavor but this one is definitely not in that category. To me I feel like I've been scammed. This company seems to put a lot of effort into packaging and imaging and very little into the quality of their product. Looking at the picture you'll see this is all broken pieces and stems and left over swept off the floor garbage. This tea left a foul aftertaste in my mouth something like you'd get from gas station coffee. Hopefully that makes sense to you. This is definitely not a quality Oolong tea so do yourself a favor and do not buy this product. Garbage!

the product is good in most respects, but what matters is the flavor! this tea is very weak, actualy i more than doubled up on tea leaves in tea ball an still hardly no flavor. another interesting fact is these tea leaves really swell up, they are full size leaves after steeping.

There is a wide variety of Tieguanyin tea. If you rate the fragrance from 1 to 5, with 5 the most fragrant, this tea is probably a low 2. When Tieguanyin is too fragrant, I always wonder if it is natural or there are additives in it. I like the natural, fresh and subtle fragrance of this tea. The traditional (or original) Tieguanyin is a thoroughly baked dark oolong tea. The new ones can be lightly or moderately baked so the tea is lighter in color. Personally I like the moderately baked tea so it is not too dark but still has a strong oolong flavor. This one is probably lightly baked, so it is very mild. To compensate it, I add more leaves, so the whole bag is probably 40 servings instead of 91. I also let it sit in a pot of hot water for a bit longer before pouring out to the cups. Overall I like this tea.

This Oolong tea is delicious! I am using it daily to help reduce cortisol.
