I had no intention of buying this lamp due to reaching my quota of spending for the week BUT I saw this beautiful lamp + light bulb and could not resist, it is very well made and I believe this lamp will last for years to come. I have placed it by my front door on my radiator cover as it is the right size - roughly 8 inches high by 6 inches wide. it will give a nice warm orange glow through my glazed front door. I am extremely happy I took the plunge and purchased this lamp, oh I will mention the wooden base has a very natural appearance which could possibly be treated to preserve. Go on…just do it..
