De La Cruz Gentian Violet - Violeta de Genciana 1% First Aid Antiseptic for cuts, scrapes and Burns, 2 FL OZ

My grandmother used to use this stuff on me when I was younger. I fully believe it helps to make the healing process faster ( if you don’t mind being dyed purple in the affected are for a couple of weeks). One word of warning, it will stain things, even counters, just from the residue that may have dried and flakes off when you open it. I always apply it outside and make sure it is good and dry before letting the treated area touch anything.
